First, I don't see any way possible in getting her to rank 10 before the first exam. Also, is there a particular day I have to get to then I can jump to the end?
For "Top of your class" you just have to up childhood friend's score as fast as you can and the achievement should be done (the really first exam doesn't count for the achievement)

Basically, full embracement of BE: knowingly/openly taught about and how to push it even further, fully accepted by all citizens... Heck, it becomes the norm to engage in it! Other options: - Have combinations of the modded serums, e.g. multiple breasts and a cock; - In fact, one of those serums could clearly be used by males; - Develop the incest theme further...

Awsome game, just a little bigproblem i found is a soft lock that i accidentelly caused and made me go infinitely unable to reach the end (only figuring it out after looking the code).

The game should have ended on day 115 (when the mutations get revealed) but on day 114 i got a event on Nicoles room, after that the geme kept going as usual, i thought something was wrong after reaching day 221 and nothing else was happening. After reverting to a older save right before day 115 and preventeing the Nicole event, the ending appeared.

Baka! - I've attended Nicole's graduation with her at score 1, but I don't know how to make her mad.
Fried or Poached? - I've selected the additional breasts serum multiple times, including with the full harem ending and a couple of individual girl endings, but it never unlocks the achievement.
Baka! - you need to NOT talk to Nicole at the start of the game when she goes to her room, after that don't interact with her at all and you'll get the achievement
Fried or Poached? - I noticed during my play-throughs that the achievements for the endings are all mixed up, just save at the mutation decision and try them all till you get it (I don't remember if you need to get to the credits screen or not for it to count)

An impressive amount of good writing, though I'd highly recommend finding a proofreader to correct grammar and spelling in future games.
I was initially expecting there to be more critical decisions and branching paths throughout the story so I was a bit disappointed with how linear my first playthrough felt. But going back to collect all the achievements showed a huge variety of small differences depending on your relationship levels throughout the game and a large variety of endings.
Love the game, can never get enough of breast expansion! Would prefer that the girls could become even bigger earlier in the game, but still great! Maybe would like to see MC doing the fucking a bit, but it was good, also making MC super stud, with massive dong would be fun! Cool all the special endings, loved pretty much all except the futa xD Keep it up, and I do hope you will make more games in the future!!!
I love it my one suggestion, make content options. Example I love the BE but pregnancy is not my jam. I would love to get a simple y/n on making the women pregnant and y/n incest content. .
This game is a lot of fun and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have one compliant, and that's that I feel Laura's story needs more branches. I feel she the best girl, but since she is not optional, it feels like her story could use further branches or choices to stir her outcomes. I really want to slip her more doses of the serum. More agency or consequences in our interactions with her would be nice. This is a great game, I am merely hungry for more. Played it 4 times through. Thoroughly enjoyed the dialogue and premise. Would score the game an 8/10. Really surprised hyperpregnancy or multiples aren't included in the final serums.
I'm still playing the game now, but two things to know: 1. you play as a male and are essentially "invisible" (i.e. you never see your character directly, obviously you aren't invisible in the story but you can't really dress up), 2. futa is apparently an epilogue/ending thing. The main point of the game is breast expansion, but at the end there's modifications you can do with final doses that apparently can cause unusual changes, with one of them being futa. I haven't seen it myself, but if I see it before you do I'll reply back.
*edit: saw the futa stuff, as a general reminder it's an ending and not something throughout the game, and in terms of seeing multiple women being with each other there's only one scene I recall of penetration and they lack sperm so are unable to... er... 'reproduce with each other', and you also stay as a guy. That said, the ending does have you see all characters you completed as futas and they do enjoy having said equipment. Wouldn't recommend solely for futa stuff, but if the other stuff sounds interesting this game is pretty good.

The Baka achievement is done on graduation day (ie day 110). Her mad state is set by your choices during the tutorial. Just keep being mean to her. The 30 fitness and 30 knowledge ones require having that level when you do their pregnant chapters
I've been playing for an hour and a half and have yet to end the game. There seems to be a multiple play through mechanic as well so... I'm expecting 4-5hrs worth of game play
